Your husband is a hard working man in a tropical country. Heat exhaustion and dehydration is no joke. He needs to do whatever he needs to to feel comfortable and adapt to the climate.

Hello Nicole. You are so lucky having avocados growing outside your window. They are magnificent. In Australia the avocados in our supermarkets are half the size of yours and often not very nice inside. Your husband has every right to go without a shirt if he is hot. I would if I could but I am a Nana so maybe not! Love the meals you made. We sometimes make pizzas with chicken and avocado.

Nicole your avocados are the best. Here in USA we seldom be lucky to have good ones.We paid good money for avocados but it goes in the trash! Its brown inside n not good. One of my favorite fruit is avocado 🤤
Hers are a few ways we use avocadoes in my country,
Avocado and egg salad. This is for a sandwich filling.
Dice hard boiled eggs and dice avocado. Mix the two together well. Add salt and pepper if you like and mix again
Avocado dressing. Can replace mayonnaise.
Put avocado, oil, vinegar, salt , pepper and garlic in a blender. Blend until creamy. Spread over your salad.
You can also add pieces of avocado to a salad that has lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes.

I have a problem with heat too and it turns out that I have an issue with too much high HISTAMINE foods ( eg avocado, papaya, spinach, pineapple ) I’m not saying that your husband has the same issue but just a thought…it wouldn’t hurt for him to try. I cut out high histamine foods for three weeks and now I monitor my daily intake, I feel so much better. God bless you both 🙏❤️
