    This is awesome, thanks!
    I’ve got a stubborn knot in both traps. I’ve been trying the bullet head for ‘spot concentration’- you mentioned the bullet tip can lead to bruising, is it fine for this area?, Any symptoms if one has ‘over done it’?
    Thanks!

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Před 2 lety +2

      The bullet head should be ok for the traps, unless you're really skinny. If you overdo it in that area it would just feel a bit bruised or tender like you've done too much gym. (Other areas, like the feet, with joints underneath, would be more of an issue with the bullet head). If it doesn't help the knots, try constant pressure instead like my tennis ball traps release. Sometimes traps knots keep coming back if the joints at the base of the neck are chronically stuck, so you could watch my video on loosening neck joints with a massage gun too. Good luck with it.

    What a great instructional video! My friend just bought one so I had a go of it and it is great. I already used it on my neck and lower head!!! I may have lost a few brain cells then! I will forward this video on to her. Is it beneficial to use a massage gun after a workout?

    Can you demonstrate how to use massage gun in shoulders and arms.
    Also, is it okay to use massage gun before & after a physical activity like gym workout, running, swimming, badminton. I'm just new in massage gun and I would like to know how to use this properly to maximize its results and avoid injury.
    Thanks a lot and more power to your channel!

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Před rokem +2

      Yes, the massage gun is best used after physical activity to increase blood flow and help release lactic acid buildup.
      I'll add arms/shoulders to my video list! Sounds like you found the videos to the other areas

    Very helpfull! Thank you. What speed/setting is best to use? My massage gun has settings from 1 to 30. I usually set it on 5. Is this ok? Or should I put something stronger?

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Před 11 měsíci +2

      Depends on the massage tip, the size of the person, and their sensitivity. Anywhere between 40% to 100% of maximum normally.
      But use what feels good for you!

    Will there be separate video for using massage gun for every part of the muscle group e.g. chest, biceps, triceps....?
    I appreciate the labels very much for the part that we should avoid on which we use the gun

    • @BodyFixExercises

      Thanks for your question Leung. I've done a video on pretty much every muscle in the legs, all the muscles in the shoulder, the base of the neck, the back, one for mobilising spinal joints, and one for the AC joint. There's not much more to do. I might do a quick one for chest and arms in the future at some stage though if there's enough interest.

    I think theprohibition about using a bullet tip don't apply for asians. Mainly because most of us (especially east asians) prefer a harder approach se we can feel the effects. Mainly from my personal experience tho

    I just bought the BOB AND BRAD C2 Massage Gun! As useless as it gets, nearly impossible to turn it on. You do not even show how to turn it on.
    There is not an on/off switch. I need one do you know where I can get another brand, that has an on and off switch.

      Hola the button at the back down for about two seconds to turn it on. The press up to 5 times more quickly to change speed. Then hold the button down for two seconds to turn of
