It does give me some ideas Mike. I was recently taken off prescribed Statins. My foot neuropathy disappeared. Also, my left hand and Tremors and some infrequent bouts with lose bowels. It is all gone now. I think I need good foot massage just to get the circulation going again. Thank you sir!

Could anyone elaborate on how the Achilles tendon release is supposed to work? My partner complained that it didn't feel good on her skin, because there was a feeling of friction from the pressure I was using. I guess I've gotta lighten way up.
Idk why the beginning made me chuckle. At first it looks normal with the guy squishing the foot to activate muscles and junk, then he place his hands on the sides and just vigorously moves the foot, I started chuckling then, but it hit home when he suddenly got his hands and did that motion.
