I've worked with young editors who make the mistake of thinking Aborigines is a pejorative, and think all native populations should be referred to as Native Americans. I've come to find out that they didn't learn it from their liberal college professors, but rather from their conservative high school teachers.
This man's recaps are actually better than the actual films. And more entertaining.

I didn't know what I wanted to watch and I clicked on Glitch and I really liked this show. I wish there was more seasons. The end was heart breaking for the most part. I did like that they showed James daughter at the end and that things were OK

This show was so good. It only lasted 3 seasons until it was cancelled. But during the final season I got mad because the writers decided to screw it up by making the main characters die again… their reasoning was because the characters existence will cause the world to end blah blah and brings religion in when it’s not even necessary..
so his wife died two years ago and he is already married to her best friend AND she is pregnant.. doesn't hang about does he?

Depending on how long she was sick, he could have mourned while she was still alive (common in lingering terminal illnesses). But it’s not cool for him to be remarried so quick (though I guess they could have done it when she got pregnant but I doubt it).
Two years is actually a bit of a long time especially being alone.

Back in the mid '60s, my friends and I used to walk through cemeteries late at night. It was spooky, but fun. Nothing strange ever happened, except that one time when we thought we saw the head of a tomb statue turn and look at us, but nothing else. 😱

My only confusion is at the start of this the narrator said this was based in Australia, but then says later on that Patrick laughs when finding out Native American's are allowed in schools.
I'm lost on if the location was incorrect, the ethnicity is incorrect, or if the kid really is a Native American who moved to Australia? Last one seems less likely for Patrick to know of them if he was mayor in the 1800 hundreds Australia.
It’s definitely Australian, that boy is definitely aboriginal. I’m Australian and these faces are very familiar to me, this was on tv here awhile ago. But our aboriginal people seem to be missing in global education. I’ve met many people that had no idea what I was talking about when I said ‘my step dad is aboriginal’ while on travels. I can see how it could be confused, but it’s super frustrating. Honestly I should recommend rabbit proof fence, it’s naidoc here and it’s on our Netflix atm.
Australians are not white nor peak English so is the us, it's stolen land, they k;lled the natives (it was encouraged by law and culture)
