      both had ENDLESS stoopid questions only designed to WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME.

    I’m not sure what’s more entertaining, this or the fact that her lawyers took over 5 minutes to find a piece of “evidence” to question Johnny on, and then when he went to answer, they told him to get to it because they care about the courts time…and then he calls them out on taking forever to get the “evidence”!

      Also, I really wanted to hear the rest of that story. It sounded interesting and it was providing context.     I’m so happy this trial is going like this. Nobody ever said Johnny is perfect, everyone knows that he has issues with drugs and alcohol. But none of his partners have ever said anything bad about him. And people are always honored to work with him. When he started getting dropped from movies while she kept her role in Aquaman I was disgusted and so mad that the world wasn’t seeing what was so obvious. This trial has shown that she is clearly the abuser here. Regardless of what happens now, he is absolved of this nonsense and he will get to be part of projects again. I hope her daughter doesn’t suffer being raised by her. I hope she learns to be a better person.

    When lawyers have to phrase the question with that many stipulations, you KNOW they know the truth and are trying to manipulate people for a specific response they can misconstrue. "Isn't it true that you were not specifically told this specific detail at this specific time?" (Objection to him being told, as it's hearsay).

      @@SuperVman95 yep. So if "she admitted she did this on Saturday at 5 o'clock," they'll frame it as "Isn't it true that from Thursday until Saturday at noon, she in fact did NOT tell you that she did this thing?"
      When they're so careful to frame the focus in on SPECIFIC boundaries, they often know the truth is just outside of that boundary.
      Yet, when the witness tries to tell "the whole truth" as they've sworn to do "that's not my question! I specifically asked you to exclude that part!"

    This definitely sounds like something a new lawyer would do, I know lawyers are obviously trained in far more than hearsay, but it’s still a very big part, so they just hear “this person said this” and go “OBJECTION, HEARSAY!”

    This guy is clearly new to this kind of case. He should have stopped his witness, explained to the witness that they should only testify on their own firsthand knowledge, and then rephrased the question. He’s been objecting with hearsay so instinctively throughout this whole trial, he didn’t think about how important it is to treat unbiased witnesses like this with care and respect. He is gaining no favor in this trial. His tactics work in small time court by constantly stumbling the opposing side’s attorney, but in a case like this he needs to understand that the court of public opinion is going to heavily weigh on the outcome of this case.

    I actually kind of feel sorry for this guy. If you’ve watched him throughout the trial it seems that he is just following orders but deep down knows this is a lost cause. Imagine the pressure on him having Amber Heard as a client and working with Elaine! He looks like he doesn’t even want to be there most of the time. I really can’t blame him. Poor guy!

    This whole trial is sickening. Her attorneys make everything as difficult as possible. I mean I get it, that's their job but do they have to be as condescending and malicious? I've watched most of the live footage and from the start they are trying to start this sick manipulation game. Well manipulation is kind of a lawyer's job but I'd want some who can do it less obviously. Like from the opening statements where his lawyers referred to them as Mr. Depp and Ms Heard. HERS though, they called her amber again and again, very clearly trying to make her seem likeable. Look at the poor little girl-type of thing. It's off-putting actually.
