I'm a civil trial attorney. It actually was proper for this attorney to try to cut off a witness who was not answering the question and delivering hearsay testimony. The jury should not be hearing that sort of evidence. It sounds odd, but imagine if a witness could just start saying whatever they wanted to the jury even if it did not properly answer the question or was inadmissible evidence. The problem is that this attorney is so nervous and inexperienced he didn't realize that he just needed to interrupt the witness and re-ask the question.

I'm watching this after the video with the accountant witness, and I noticed that Heard's lawyers continually said objection after the witness had started speaking, but in this video Depp's lawyers say objection immediately after the question they know will have a hearsay answer. I think they are much better lawyers, and can properly figure out which questions are leading questions, and object, and prevent the witness from answering the leading questions. But Heard's lawyers do not seem to be all that good at it, and only objected when the witness (the accountant) was saying something they didn't want to hear... Huh

And of course he objected to an answer from his own question lol, which means they are objecting to statements they didn't want to hear, rather than to genuine leading or poorly formed questions. What an interesting case to follow

Not only that, but they'd constantly object as so speculation and no foundation to items the account absolutely had a factual basis to speak on. Like, the dude was involved from day one on the marriage dissolution negotiations and knows full well the history of said negotiations. How are you going to object to him laying out the facts, the dollar amounts, and the timeline by saying it's speculation and that he has know way of knowing? Pure incompetence.

I was in the restaurant biz for 35+years, and was a server when I was sued by a HUGE corporation. I had not one piece of evidence to back up what I claimed. I was my own lawyer(pro se), and ultimately got the case dismissed not once but twice. All I had to do was READ THE RULES AND LAWS, and in the end I made THEM give me all the evidence I needed, and their lawyer stood there in court while I spoke WITH HIS MOUTH LITERALLY OPEN. Outside I was going to ask him why he served me incorrectly, and he put his hand up and said, " I am taking this to appellate court, and am opposing counsel, so I can't give you any advice." I laughed and said " That is your right, and I will be there to fight it, as is mine. Oh, and I don't want any advice from you, you just got beat by a waitress." One of the best days of my life!

I read the state rules by which all must abide to sue someone and they must follow to sue you. It honestly took only that 1 book, New Mexico Rules, Annotated, to weed out all the mistakes they made. Had they done it right, they would never have had a reason to sue, as I would have been responsible for the debt abd would have paid it. And no, he did NOT go to appellate court. And I was the only one who needed to clap, but thanks for being happy for someone that stood up for themselves and WON. ;)

He got caught up in the moment when the witness said something he didn't expect. It happens. He should have moved to strike if he didn't want it in there.

The fact that she videoed literally every conversation they ever had says that she'd planned to sue him all along, through the whole relationship and what about all of her texts or emails, we see all his like, " He was talking about let's burn her,etc..," Why aren't any of her private conversations entered into evidence? Also, Johnny should just move to Oregon, it's beautiful here, especially in Central Oregon, there's lots of big cities close by, he could still do his music and maybe meet a nice lady, someone that's a writer maybe or real estate agent, someone normal and maybe have another baby, something good and wholesome for a change. Johnny! You are not " A Fat Old Man" by the way, your an amazing person who deserves to be loved, just anyone else and you deserve to be happy.😍
