ICE 3 #Highspeed-Train coming from Brüssel (Brussels / Brussel / Bruxelles) driving through Aachen on it's way to Frankfurt over Köln (Cologne / Keulen). This video shows various variants of the #ICE3 International, some operated by German operator DB (Deutsche Bahn) and some by the Dutch NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen). The ICE 3 International (#BR406) is can ride with different European voltage systems and can be operated in Germany, France, The Netherlands and Belgium. Because trains ride on the left-hand side in Belgium, ICE and Thalys trains also ride on the left side from Aachen Central Station to the Belgian border. From the Central Station the trains continue on the right tracks.
The Deutsche Bahn ICE trains come with a single red line at the side or with a red line that fades to green at the two ends of the train to show that the ICE uses renewable and ecological-friendly energy for transport. The dutch ICE trains operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen only have a red line. The first ICE 3 International got a blue line later and was titles "ICE Europa / Europe".
