I have no hoppy beers on tap or fermenting which is worrying as Christmas is less than 3 weeks away. Got one in the pipeline though with a kilo of rye with working title 'Humming of Citrus'. You should try to get some cara-rye if you haven't already. Rye but caramelly. Lovely stuff.
Cara rye now that absolutely sounds up my street I’ll be getting myself some of that 👍🏼I need to do another brew before Christmas just to make sure the stocks are good. I’ve got a bit of time off work over Christmas this year super exited about that and wouldn’t want to ruin it by running out of beer. Cheers 👍🏼🍻
