American Things I Miss: Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is just one of so many things that are hard to find in Europe. Time to try making it myself.
Ranch Dressing:
1/2 cup (110g) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
1/2 cup (110mL) buttermilk
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp chives
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1-3 tbsp lemon juice
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in fridge.

The ranch looks really good, Michelle. We actually found a dry packet of ranch at Brugsen, our local store but it asks to mix with creme franchaise salad dressing. Have not done that, yet. The one you made has natural ingredients so probably taste better. Thanks so much.
