This time we upgrade the Razor E300 electric scooter from part 1 where we made its battery and convert it into being a really speedy pimped-up E-scooter with so many new additional features!

The 4017 decade counter can be wired to reset after 9 counts since you have only 5 LEDs. As it is now, there are 2 “counts” on the first LED and 1 on the others so there is a visual dwell a little longer on that LED.

How many leds can we join in rider effects

For the Night Rider effect, I believe it's 6 LEDs per decade counter chip. So it's possible to add as many as you'd like, though the circuit will get complex.
