Our #BalsamicMushrooms recipe is too easy to make and it goes very well with fried rice. 😋 We hope you get to make it and have an incredibly satisfying dinner with the fam! 😍
BALSAMIC MUSHROOMS ✨
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable broth
1 medium-sized courgette
100 g mushrooms
ground black pepper
sweet basil (optional)
Method
1. Prepare the balsamic mixture by combining the peanut butter, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl.
2. Cook the chopped garlic in a non-stick pan, on medium heat, until golden brown and set it aside in a small bowl after cooking.
3. Cook the sliced mushroom, tossing occasionally for 5 minutes. Add the chopped courgette (zucchini) and continue cooking for another 2 minutes and then add the vegetable broth and ground pepper.
4. Pour the balsamic mixture over the mushrooms and stir them altogether and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with either steamed or fried rice and top it with garlic and sweet basil.
*Feel free to adjust the measurement for the balsamic vinegar according to your preference and add water per your desired consistency. Enjoy!

Do you mind sharing the brand of your pan? I use stainless steel so I have to keep adding water and it doens't always go well. Thanks.
we use the brand Tefal and its been working very well for us. Thanks🙂
@@FreyandMaria Thanks!
How many servings does this make? Looks like 1.
Well it depends if you'll eat by itself, then it'll only serve 1. But we usually served it with rice (makes it more), and that serves the two of us.🙂
Ok great! Thank you :)
I usually cook 3-400g mushrooms for myself because they shrink down a lot. Also because they're delicious.
What is courgette? Looks like cucumber???
Hi it's zucchini and yeah it looks like cucumber but the taste is different. 🙂
@@FreyandMaria Thank you. I know zucchini! I'll be trying this receipe as soon as I buy some😊
sounds exciting😍 Let us know how it turns out. Enjoy🙂
I think your measurements are off. I do not come up with a creamy peanut butter mixture come up more a More Liquidity balsamic mixture
hi, sorry about that but that measurement worked for us and for many. We used a smooth peanut butter that didn't have liquidy oil. But hey, feel free to adjust peanut butter nesting if you desired to achieve a creamier consistency. Hope this helps🙂
@@FreyandMaria are you sure that your tablespoons and teaspoons are accurate? how can a tablespoon of soy sauce and three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar get only one tablespoon of peanut butter come up and make a creamy peanut butter mixture. It just isn't working. But I must say I made it with the directions as is And it was pretty good, but a little too much on the soy and balsamic side.
