Episode 1: Beef Broth
This recipe shows you how to prepare an important basic ingredient that you can enjoy on its own or use in a variety of dishes.
Ingredients:
130g Celery root
1 Onion
15g Ginger
400-500g Cattle Bones
1/4 Cabbage (or other
leftover greens)
4-5 Carrots
1 Parsnip
Thyme
2 Bay leafs
1-2 Dried red peppers
2 Cloves of garlic
10 Allspice corns
15 Peppercorns
4 Juniper berries
1 Tbsp of salt
