Follow along formats don’t make much sense for workouts with “to failure” sets cuz everyone’s failure point is different

SUPERSET 1
Elbow to Wrist Twists (8-10)
Oblique Crunches (8-10)
(Left then right w/ 30 secs rest time)
SUPERSET 2
Fingertip Pushup (until failure)
Pushup to Down Dog (until failure)
(30 secs rest time)
SUPERSET 3
Pushup to Wall/Couch Hold (until failure)
Elbow Rockers (until failure)
(30 secs rest time)
Repeat each 3 times.
and wide pushup until failure with triceps pushup until failure

Ooof... really crazy workout for beginners. Even adding an extra thirty seconds to the rest time, I was completely winded after the second superset. By the time I got to the last one, couldn't even complete the fist pushup and had to hold the negative as long as I could.
As a runner I have a fair amount of stamina, but these strength workouts leave me pretty much gasping for air. I guess it's a matter of just pushing through and keeping at it.

I started doing push-ups. Only negatives. Still can't push myself up xD I'm looking at you and I wonder, how are we the same species. One day, one day. :D Great message in the end! Cheers buddy! Thank you!

What about diet? I'm starting my journey now, coming from a weight lifting perspective. I've thought maybe maintenance calories but high protein? I'm not like huge 6'1" 180lbs 28yo
do you need to do this everyday or should i rest in between days or whats your opinion Im a beginner

i can do push up..but i cant even hold my body in fingertips pushup position
Suggestion: Skip the fancy intro. TALK LESS and show the total workout. I agree that it is really useful to explain how to properly do the exercises, but a separate video with just the workout with all reps and no pauzes would really be appreciated (and not just by me I'm guessing). But further I really like your video's.
