My personal congratulations to chandrachud CJI present for trustworthy contribution at bar at Mumbai High court when we worked together at Mumbai High court since 1982'thanks for best support as advocate at Mumbai High court ,Mr Dinesh Vyas ji and Mr palkhiwalaji legal jurists also praised him as young practitioners at p.d.desai full court at that time .ihave accompanied at court room.

Sir I am 77 years old Bank pensioner. My friend and others fighting our case for pension updation for the three decades. I only request you to take up our case on daily basis. One year passed. No hearing at all. Atleast treat us as senior citizens and see the light of the case before we reach the grave.

But as citizens of this country, the least we can expect from the top court is to speed up the process of hearing and disposing the long pending cases of national importance.. ( not naming those cases here but everyone knows I am sure)
The way these cases were being constantly put on sidelines gave an impression as to whether there was a motive to make them redundant by the passage of time...!
We need more such educated, humble & talented Lawyers....

We had excellent CJIs before including his father - Justice Chandrachud Sr.
But he appears to be the brightest of them all. His brilliance, intellect and humanity is outstanding. Indian judiciary is very fortunate to have him as its CJI. So is the people of India. Because we can trust that any case before him will only be judged and disposed justly.
Wow he is just brilliant so knowledgeable gentle humble and cultured . Really admire him . Wish we have more people like him in position of authority.

They are supposed to be down to earth considering the challenges they face because people management works only by being down to earth. Things get done at an expected manner only through such down to earth personality. Haughtiness makes your life difficult,it doesn't matter whether you are at an senior officer or junior officer level. One needs to step into the shoes of others and behave accordingly to get the work done.
