@@IndiaNoKidsToilets see it's positive aspects too, in these vacations which u told as holidays are important for judges to think and decide the verdict of important cases which they reserved which is not less than significant as matter of constitutional issues. So don't compare foreign judicial system which don't have such large population and litigations as well.

@@Y.kyadav65 bring more judges so that judges will have break to solve thier cases, india does not have money to pay extra judges or india does not talented people to get job as judge. Stop supporting age old system, think for a change brother

@@Y.kyadav65 I'm sorry but this is factually completely wrong!!
The judges use the free time of vacation to see moojras or bharatnatyams, or they are busy stuffing their pot bellies with free manchurian/momos/chickenwings provided by the likes of Tishta Setalvads, Arundhati Roys and Sharjeel Imams.
There's plenty of documentary evidence available to deduce the fact that they don't spend even a nanoscond of their free time to think about any judgment involving poor common men of India!!

Representation of OBCs, SC, ST is very important in our judiciary. Currently our legal system is in the hands of 15% people and rest are kept outside. Its not because these 15% are more talented, its only because of nepotism.
We must raise voice for this issue, as it is killing our county legal system.

When the ruling party can extend the time of ED as per their whims and fancies so also judges can be given by extention by taking into consideration how the judgements are given and govt should collect the health of the judge by taking the medical opinion by a panel of doctors and given extention upto 70 years in supreme court

Summons were not signed to send it to respondents till hearing date (54days) and I found that either it was not submitted to judge to get his signature or judge forgot to sign it. Again judge put an other 65 days for next hearing. The cheater or respondent got time more than 4 months. I was under tension for 4 months. After this hearing again he got another 50 days for next hearing.
