Loving your blind tastings guys. Lochlea is one of my favourite new distilleries. Their standard expression called ‘’Our Barley’ is so good & then they bring out four expressions a year representing the farming seasons. The flavour profiles of these are remarkable for young whisky but it has a lot to do with having John Campbell , ex Laphroaig at the helm….Sláinte 😀
I just had an idea for what the final dram might be, Dave and Tim don't read below or you might spoil a surprise (on the low-chance I'm right)! . . . . . ...what are the chances the person who put this together is the type to keep an infinity bottle? Seems appropriate for a "?" late in the calendar
I think it can only really be an infinity dram if it includes a bit of water and some of Dave's saliva.... I'm still astonished by the Christmas day tasting they did last year!
Dave saving Tim's bacon once again. 😅

Good job🥃
I thought Lochlea as the "new Lowland distillery" because of the natural color & abv comments! Great job!
Did I miss the Chocolate Malt pick? Signet's the only one I know of.
It's still out there...
