  • 20 Min Core Strengthening Yoga Flow. Join me for a fast and powerful yoga routine to help you build core strength. We will flow with the breath through a series of strong postures and transitions, sometimes repeating them, to build heat in the body and strengthen the abdominal muscles.
    The class is taught at a faster pace than my usual classes. We start off slow with a wrist warm up and compression drills and then we pick up the pace with a powerful vinyasa flow. This class is a great way to challenge yourself and feel like you have done a lot in a short amount of time.
    I hope this class leaves you feeling strong, powerful and connected to your core.

      I’m always so excited to get on your channel and see a new vid. One- new sequence! Two-I like seeing what it’s like in England compared to here in wi, USA. Your home is beautiful-
      This sequence was super challenging, mentally and physically. I’m working on control in chataranga to down dog.. not rushing. And I had a chance to do that, the knees to the elbows and arms was great! I feel like I got the yoga buzz.

      Dear Charlie, thank you very much, that was awesome! it is so hard for me to get motivated, and I am usually disappointed of what I find on youtube, just spend my time scrolling, and get sooo annoyed and end up doing yoga on my own, if there is still time. Yes, all my fault, but anyway, tomorrow morning I will be clicking on one of your vids and I will go with the flow 🙂

    All I can say is "WOW😮". This was incredibly challenging and I like it. My roommates said I was sweating like a Christmas goat while I was doing this routine.

    I was so relieved when i realized we werent doing flying splits (which ive only ever been able to do fully while practicing on this channel)..but then it was over so fast i tried going for it a few times after- there was no liftoff, but my front leg is much straighter now, so that's something:)

    This was so beautiful and so cold! I can see your breath! The problem with practices like this for me is that my core muscles are completely fine, having tea and chatting, while my arm and shoulders feel more like chicken wings, strength-wise. To really challenge my core this is not enough, but it's already much for my upper body.

    Great core concentrated practice Charlie. It definitely challenged my core stability and also my left and right 🤦🏼‍♀️, I seemed to repeat the side plank elements on my right side only 🤷🏼‍♀️. I think I'll repeat and see where I went wrong. I really enjoyed this fast paced energetic class. Thank you. 😊

    Warmed up really well! We have the first snow today, so it is quite cold. It can be seen from your breath that you are not very warm there either :) Thus, this practice today just in time, thank you!

    Wow! Thanks again Charlie! I'm tired today and wasn't expecting the speed of this flow but it was good to be challenged to meet my appropriate edge and I felt a little stronger than expected. To be honest I'm feeling my upper body much more than my abs after that but it's still all round good for core :)

    Such an amazing flow and it's a brilliant idea to combine it with core strengthening. I love crow as I can hold it for 3 sec, which is whole 3 sec more than other arm balances lol. As usual, after your 20-min practice, I wish it was longer but not sure I would be able to sustain this intensity.
