I just made patatas bravas for dinner today. I love that you bake them in the oven instead of frying them. I love the Madrid style of the sauce. I always love to eat them with alioli as well, I make it with my handblender out of garlic, milk and oil. Learned that when I was pregnant and couldn’t eat raw eggs. Love your version of the ensaladilla rusa ❤️ great video as always. Stay safe and healthy please.

Bravo! I watched again after pulling my wife into the room (she used to cater and is the better cook). We are going to try at least 3 this month. Potatoes of different varieties are still a little hard to locate with the panic hoarders in Flori-duh, but we are finding some. Luckily, I still have some of your branded paprikas in the spice cabinet.
