I remember back in 2007 a huge typhoon hit our country Philippines. There were no electricity and water in our city FOR 2 MONTHS. It was awful. people are fighting to get water already. I was 11 yrs. old back then. Thankfully other cities are not that affected, so we rather walk miles to get a gallon of water per person and to charge our phone. Now, imagine if it affects an entire country. No water, no electricity. we're definitely fucked.
I’m in Texas and when the winter apocalypse came last year we had no power for about 4 days. We had a fire place and a gas stove but we ran low on food after two days because we hadn’t gone grocery shopping before the storm. The house temperature got down to 36 and the water was on boil notice. I guarantee that the developed world would crumble in two weeks max
I'm from Texas but we know during that time the good Lord was going to provide. Ain't nobody will lose their marbles. That's how you starve ur family!!!
The reason all those old religious groups don't want electricity is so you don't see them raping children, killing and swapping inbred babies and beating there wives senseless
Bro a YEAR? it wouldn't take a week before shit hit the fan. It wouldn't even take that. If the internet was down for the entire world for just 1 month it would be total anarchy. It's crazy how quickly technology becomes so integral to society that imagining society without it becomes impossible.
I’ve survived with no power for five years in the foot of the mountain back in the Philippines 🇵🇭 as a rice farmer, we’ve hunt, foraged, barter or trade with neighbors that lived two to five miles down the muddy walk pathways. Now living here in Texas people relied to much with electricity during the ice storm.
A year, they're crazy the electricity goes down for 2 weeks but six weeks were done by 3 months it's a rap. there's no radios no TVs no cell phones no Google no internet no water pumps no gas stations
Man there was people shooting each other waiting in line for toilet paper during COVID lockdown and power never went out.. More like 9 days without word of it coming back on any time soon and it's complete anarchy
To hell with electricity,,just do away with all social media and a large percentage of the population would lose their damn minds, seriously they would, especially these youngsters who have never known a life without it,they would literally come apart at the seams,
When Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico there where situations that people killed each other for a bag of ice or a bottle of water I've survived that now I have food and water saved for minimum 5 months. And prepers here tell me a good stash is a year off food because water they showed me how to filter water.
Bro three days without any power and the world will end. When the pover goes out, watch your house turn from a sophisticated madhine into a pile of neatly stacked bricks. It is useless. - no entertainment - no heat - no light
a year?!?! all the food that needs freezing or refrigerators would spoil in 24 hours. people get feisty when they are hungry. i give it 48 hours before society completely collapses.
So many snowflakes here saying how their world will end. That’s pathetic and weak minded. The strong will adapt and survive. Civilization survive for centuries without electricity and built giant structures. Educated and skilled people don’t forget how to rebuild. There’s no way will lose electricity at this point of our advancement.

Way less than a year. I give it a week.
About 3 days....thats how much gas and food that is openly available.
We are always 3 meals away from total chaos .
Bet most ppl don't realize actually how to get ground meat...😂🤣
Yeah individual communities could go a week but if they found out the whole world was put of power it would be the end.

"one meal away from revolution"
Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard
@@rickpascual4340 Try going without food for a few weeks then.
no need for the comma

😱😱😱😱 SAY WHAT?!?!?! 🙄😬🙄😬🙄
I don't understand there was once a time with no electricity and society was fine.
Bro like a few days, and we're cooked
Feminism would go into meltdown mode
I give it 3-5 days for crap to go crazy if we lost power
only in the US with all those firearms, it'd be pretty entertaining for the rest of the world
This was already covered in a Twilight Zone episode.

We as and my family and I don't rely on electricity... definitely can survive without it.
If you're thinking about this during the chaos you're already too late.
It's just usual doomprep stuff, nothing practical
Society would collapse without diesel fuel. Everything comes to warehouses in semi's.

Not only do gas pumps require electricity your sink and shower and toilet do
In Quebec, we lose electricity for months 25 year ago. There were no purge. But we still talk about it 😂
90 days and shyt could get interesting ✊🏾

“I live in that place.” Lol😅
If you make less than 100k per year...please don't go to that place...there's nothing you could do
Lack of untreatable water

A lot of people would die without electricity for 24 hrs.
A year? Once the power is out a few days people start running out of water, food and fuel. Then everything turns to shit
When the electricity turns off the water turns off
After one day, if it was the whole country… good fucking luck!

And they are starting all electric in Sacramento starting 2023…. Even though it failed in Germany… and PG&e says there is no grid

Glad I grew up outdoors because When shit hits the fan people who know how to live off the land are those who are gonna make it threw.
Maybe. People will start burning wood and will exhaust wild life.
We lost power for a week and i felt like my life was over
2 weeks for us in a small town in NJ and the gas furnace was electrically fired.
Try 1 to 3 months
That place is America
Agree.
What do January 11th, JFK terminal 1 and 40 Starlink satellites have in common?
