The nerve of him to ask the judge for mercy and compassion, when he had neither for Timothy.
Lololol, he also asked for fairness too,
~ yah, ok I bet the judge will definitely switch his decision based on this! 🙄what a dumbfu#$!
I read poem, I go home now? Roses are red, violets are blue! I don't like hot sauce, neither did timothy.
😂
😅
Mannnnnn😂😂😂😂
@@DecemberIceBaby it seems mean, I did not intend for it to be mean, but only to show the manipulation and lack of emotion paul has.
@@xKevmachinex I took it for its intent 🤣😂🤣
We're sorry, your application for b s has been denied. No worries though! Try back in 30 to 100. Years.
No mercy, no forgiveness.
Nothing is unforgivable, but wrongs must not go unpunished
There are absolutely wrongs that are unforgivable. What these two psychopaths did is one of them.
He who is still gone paul?
SAY HIS NAME!
I have had time to think during my time in Maskeegan County Jail, and I have learned some things about myself:
-I don’t like the food here and love to complain to everyone about it. Even though Timothy would have done ANYTHING for even the scraps on my plate
-I don’t like how cold it is in jail, and I also like to complain to everyone about it. Even though I gave Timothy hours long ice baths that gave him seizures and hypothermia
-I don’t like the beds in jail, they are not soft and cozy like my bed at home and AGAIN, I like to complain about it to everyone. Even though Timothy didn’t have a bed at all, and I forced him to stay awake all day and night, not allowed to be comfortable EVER, filming his discomfort 24/7 and only allowed him to lie down on a tarp on the floor of a small closet
-I beg everyone for commissary money to buy all the snacks and treats I can, and complain to them if they don’t give me $75 per week, fulfill my commissary wish lists FULLY, and send me gift baskets. Even though I never once spent a dime on Timothy so he could eat a meal, let alone any snacks or treats
If you haven’t listened to his jail phone calls… you really need to. You would literally hear him complaining nonstop about all these things, plus more. The nerve, the complete audacity of this POS never ceases to blow my mind.
And he wants compassion and mercy!? What a joke. Even though he never gave poor Timothy any compassion, any mercy, any love. I hope all the people giving him money and accepting his calls stopped after the trial. (The only released phone calls of Paul and Shonda so far are all pretrial and presentencing…so we will see🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)
I hope that Nolan, Randy, JoJo, and babygirl have stopped giving this POS money.
Throw away the key on this monster. Absolutely disgusting.
Paul wrote this like it’s an anime 🙄
I noticed he testified like an anime character in his interrogation, too. What strikes me about him is that he always seems to say what he thinks a person in his situation SHOULD say, which always end up sounding like cheesy dialogue in an awful drama.
@@THEDubbleHelixx exactly 😆
He always talks like he's in a crappy anime, it's so bad lol
Sociopaths and psychopaths don't have a real human core of emotions, feelings, empathy, and a normal personality. So they copy and imitate what they see instead. This leads to a kind of patchwork personality, with ragged gaping holes through which we see the gaping, dead emptiness that lies beneath: the total lack of human conscience. Only the brutish instincts of a predator: self-preservation and violence.
He didn't give Timothy any mercy.
If you have to read it off a piece of paper, you’re not being sincere. If everything he was saying is true, he wouldn’t need that piece of paper.
I think he may sue for whiplash 😂
😂🤣😅 that made me laugh much more than it should have! 😂😅

Paul tried to wax poetic in his statement to the court prior to sentencing. Judge wasn’t buying the pretty words.
What was he thinking he would get ? He seemed awfully disappointed.
It's all about him still! He tortured his brother to death and he has no remorse! So glad he got a minimum of 30 years in prison.
@@missmissy_90 he said he enjoyed having power over brother through making him suffer. He could have stopped this at any time but didn't. I have no sympathy for him.
@KayInMaine
That's true. He did say that.
Fair enough.
@missmissy_90 ❤️ it's an awful case and two monsters are going to prison for a long time!
@KayInMaine
I listened again, and the judge did say he thought Paul was worse than his mom because he could have stopped it.
I only saw it because I was looking to see what happened to the 7 year old. Little Man. I truly hope that the state invests in therapy for him.
She might have thought she was being slick, but that little boy saw it all. Despicable
@@missmissy_90 so true
All the criminals says the same thing. They all say if i can go back i will do the right thing. No no be in the jail.
A poem yes, I realy didn't see compassion for Timothy or owning the horror of your actions. If you saved Timothy you would now be a hero with the love of your siblings.
Paul is a ZERO!
He got from the judge what he requested: FAIRNESS!!! 😊😊😊
Sounds like some bs tbh
This man got cooked smh
30- 100 years sentence. Serves him right. Horrible man.
He couldn’t even say Timothy’s name in the letter. He referenced Timothy as HE. What a coward
Action 🎬
Does anyone believe him?
Nope.
I may have believed him if he said something like, “I am so sorry that I killed my brother; I can’t imagine how betrayed he felt and I’ll be racked with guilt for the rest of my life.” Or something like that.
I don’t believe one word of this poem that he read without a shred of perceivable emotion.
@@anne853 well said!
Why do they always write these things like they're writing a novel. They're always over rehearsed and it sounds like they're reading someone elses words
He wrote a poem about himself 😒
I wish i could hear a play by play of whats going on in the judges head while this sick mf is reading his poem.
The way he moves his arms is so creepy to me.
I think you know what you’re doing when you’re 18 or older for crying out loud we can drive a car and you don’t have to be there if you have the right mind I had differences with my mother, but she didn’t control me oh boy Linda Ronstadt
Poor poor, pitiful me sorry I’m getting pissed off
You will be punished for the punishments you gave to your brother via your mom and helping her to prevent him from eating. I hope everyone knows in the prison you go to that you starved your brother to death like a big tough guy and they're going to make you feel just like your brother if not worse. You're going to be that scared little boy begging for food.
The judge saw through his little charade. Trying to squeeze out those fake tears for a brother he only misses because his horrible death via his own hands and actions is now costing him his freedom. I don’t think there was anything wrong with Timothy. He wasn’t “special needs”. Any diagnosis was likely the result of being a normal kid trying to survive whilst being raised amongst torturous psychopaths. I wish people could understand this. Shanda wanted all her kids to be like Paul. Cold unfeeling automatons who would obey her every command. I don’t doubt she destroyed Paul psychologically, but he had a choice. He knew he was in too deep, that he would likely get in trouble too if he blew the whistle on his own mum, so he kept at it, until Paul’s precious body and spirit could withstand no more.
a true manipulator. notice these facts... after he is done reading his ... poem.... an good job paul on forcing your voice to sound sad thou it was a bit too forced and no one would ever buy that bs... he looks up to the judge almost studying the judge to see if his words had an impact, really driving home the "im sad" face... his demenour starts to shift... he sits back in his chair exhauls and takes a deep breath, then his focus beings to break, he rubs his eye as a way of covering his fault, why? simple... you will notice the camera pans to the judge and it really doesn't seem like the judge gave to F's about pauls poem and thats when we why paul acted in the ways i mentioned... it was never about timothy, it was about him trying to impact the judge that he was sorry. its classic manipulation 101... you learn this year 2 in psychiatry classes... judge must be well versed in human body launguage.
It's for God to forgive. Somethings people just can't. This is 1 of those things.
Nothing is unforgiveable, but wrongs must not go unpunished
Any god with morality would agree that some things are unforgivable. The Christian idea of forgiveness has poisoned our view of what a "good" victim should be and how society should respond to the most vile of crimes. The only one who has the right to offer forgiveness is Timothy. And forgiveness can only be given to someone who genuinely asks for it. So that's two for two, it is impossible.
He is also an abused child, a victim of this abusive mother. The choices he made, were under her instructions and her threats and her upbringing. I think he should have been helped rather than thrown in jail. He was almost as much a victim of his mother's abuse as was his brother.
Interesting because in a very telling call to his stepmother he says when he tries to come up with why he did this, he comes up blank.
He wasn't afraid of his mother. He abused Tim prior to living with shanda
Also the only threat he ever received was 15 minutes loss of device. Did you know days before Tim died he dragged him out if room by his hair without shandas direction?
Fake! Fraudster! Murderer!
Paul you knew what you knew even in your mental state
You were manipulated into being the Sentry taking orders from your master.
I believe that you are truly remorseful
Sadly, he had so many opportunities to save Tim's life. Instead, he chose to engage in the torture of this defenseless, disabled child.
There wasn't a day, when Paul couldn't leave his mother's comfortable home to strike out on his own, if only to escape Shanda's cruelty or to alert Social Services that Tim was being abused. That he was being asked to inflict pain onto his little brother.
He has been in foster homes. Some are really bad. It rarely is worse then what he was doing to his brother.
These are the reasons a wise judge had to sentence Paul, as he did. If Paul really does find a heart, without tearing it from someone else, he'll get paroled.
Sad, all of his reading didn't show him that becoming a criminal will put you into a place of like minded people.
I understand dad's being so rough with him. He never stated why he got hit so badly. I imagine it was based on how he treated others.
Yes, that isn't how you cure a bully. Socially, it is what parents are taught to do to naughty children. Reality is it usually makes them meaner.
Paul needs serious intervention. I agree with the judge. Paul would resist attending such therapy on his own and use his resistance to become an adult as his excuse. In jail, he still has choices. At least the risk of his harming defenseless children has been eliminated.
He is such a arrogant little punk
He was not remorseful at all! That was written by his lawyer!
He tortured that child over and over and over again. He is only feeling sorry for himself. He is a MONSTER
He's a true monster psychopathic manipulator....torturing animals was the first classic clue!!
