    What is nostrification process and how long will it takes? What are the documents required?

    • @3indians
      @3indians  Před 3 lety +1

      Nostrification is the process of recognition of your educational certificates. It proves that your previous studies are equal to a comparable Czech education and your diploma is valid in the Czech Republic.
      The maximum time for nostrification process is not more than 30 days.
      Documentation you need:
      1 A nostrification application form
      2. Degree/Diploma original or notary certified copy.
      3. Transcript orignal or notary certified copy
      4. It will cost you 3000czk
      I would suggest you to submit notary certified copy of your degree and transcript as then you dont have to send your original documents. Notary is a stamp which you can get from any advocate in india.

      Yes, you can call your dependent family member please check for family reunification visa on ministry's website or Embassy's website She will have access to the labour Market. But i am still not sure that you can actually call someone on student visa as far as i am sure you should have employee visa or Non dual employee visa. Hi 3 Indias,
    I got admission in a PhD program, and now have to apply for Visa. I have some queries regarding the same:
    1. What is the difference between student mode and the normal process?
    2. Since my PhD program is for four years, I should apply for residence permit, right? I hope Czech embassy grants residence permit at entry.
    3. For the initial process of visa application for a residence permit, do we just have to write an email with details (first/surname, DOB, passport number, purpose of travel, Phone number, email ID) and passport data page and acceptance letter as an attachment? and later produce the other documents physically?
    4. And other documents like criminal record extract and medical insurance where to get it apostille and traslated in czech?
    I hope you will answer my queries. Thanks in advance.
