Hey Karan! Clients yes, office no. For visa related matters, accommodation search and health insurance it does not really matter much though, we can provide those service from anywhere :)
I meant the school documents I used to apply for admission, can I also use them for the study visa application?

Bank statement from home country for Student visa is acceptable by Embassy if apply from Other country rather home country

these are all the requests that go to the Ministry of the Interior?.... or some requests are processed on site
All long-term visa and residence permit options are decided by the MOI. Embassies only have the authority to decide short-term visas.

Hello Jan, I am applying for a student visa from India. Can I schedule the mail on gmail or do I have to send it manually. Is scheduled mail considered spam by the embassy?? and do you provide your service for student visa to Indian applicants??
Hey! Scheduling does not matter, your chances of getting an appointment will be very low either way. If there is a chance to push through your school for a student regime, I recommend trying that.
Is technical university of Ostrava one of the good universities to increase my chances to get a the visa ?

My proof of funds was not enough and after 45 days the embassy asked me to submit a bank statement with enough funds. I submitted it already, how long do I have to wait for the result?
Depends on the situation. If you deposited the money there after you got the notice, they might deny your application which usually takes longer. If the proof was ok, it might be a few days to a few weeks to get the approval.
is it possible to use my friends statement of account, since he is my sponsor with letter and bank statement provided as proof, will my visa get rejected?
I honestly can not really imagine that a friend would be a sponsor for a visa.

Tough question. The official legal deadlines do not mean anything. So if the MOI has 60 days to decide, it can take them 10 days or 7 months. Also them depends on the decision maker - they might not want to approve your visa if your school has started and you arw not here. Especially if you study online because what is the point of giving you a visa if you can study online.

If your joining date to date cross one month its not problem

Well, these factors can for sure influence the decision but they will not be the major ones. Major is what your motivation to study in CZE is and how well you can explain that during the interview.

my question was: once you have done the interview at the embassy and your file has been accepted by the embassy. can this file once arrived in the Czech Republic to be examined be rejected?
