Yes, and I think it even falls under the more complicated version of it (qualified trade license). You generally need to have education or professional qualification for such business.

Well, it depends. You should have a trade license if you have a regular income above some threshold.

The best you can do is to choose a different country to move to 😂 Getting a business visa from Pakistan would be very hard.
Plaster board installer, plaster, painter can get trade license if the person outside EU but living in EU with permit ?
These might be qualified trades so you can get a trade license but you might need to prove your qualification first. Only if you find your required trade in the below list, no qualification or wducation is needed:
