How does this work and what are the chances for the employee to get a Visa without depending on the embassy alone? Thank you

Good Day Sir Jan, thank you for the info. I just have some questions that bothers me with so many confusion, 1. Do I need to mention I got the work from an Agency ? ( Bcz some says can’t mention we got the job offer from agency) 2. The Employer/ company name in the work permit is the (tied up )Agency in the Czech but I don’t know the actual company name we going to work except that is the cat and food company. My agency is Dubai don’t inform me the name of the company I’m going to actually work. 3. In Employee card form section E and F, it’s say Address Residence in CZ but my agency wrote my current work address. 3. My accommodation letter has an amount of for rental every month but my agency says accommodation is free but how I’m gonna answer this to embassy incase I will be ask . Please help me with as my interview will be on the 27th of June already. Thank you so much Sir Jan

Hey! Honestly, it varies from Embassy to Embassy. Some Embassies let you know immediately, some take couple days, some never reply (especially if you made any mistakes with the booking email).

Me (resident permit) and my husband (long term visa) applied together at the same time in the embassy . My husband's visa got approved,how long does it take for mine to get approval?
@@donisha790 So he applied for the residence permit (blue card) and you for a long-term visa for family reunification? In that case, your approval depends on who is dealing with your cases. If the same person, your approval should come within days. If different people, there might be even a few weeks delay.

This is very unclear question to me since it depends on what you mean by "work permit" and what visa/residence permit you are applying for.
