Of course the video is educational, and the opal is gorgeous. However, I FREAKING LOVE your sense of humor! I enjoy watching opal videos of all kinds, but I don't think it would matter what you were videoing... I'd watch just to enjoy you! and your comments!

Thanks for the laughs this morning!! I loved the opal from this stone- the bread slices, with the kind of linear pattern. I have never seen that before. Just beautiful!
I'm quite new into the Opal game and I'm still learning. I watch quite a lot of videos on here, but I have to say that I enjoy your videos the most out of all of them. I've happily just sat and watched a load of your videos as I really do find them so interesting... plus you've got one of those relaxing voices too. I suffer with anxiety and find your videos help me to relax while still learning new things and having a giggle along the way 😄
I clicked because I was intrigued by the idea that there was a way to ruin opal. I'm not disappointed to find out all the cuts turned out well, though! Those are beautiful- almost as magical as horsefeathers would be😂

Horsefeathers! you make it look so easy! I've just begun my journey "butchering" opal a few weeks ago. I hope to graduate to shaping and cutting at some point, but I just can't keep my stones from falling into my wax vat.(I heat them on the rim....yes...probably a bad idea) But thank you so much for the informative and whimsical videos. they really get me jazzed to grind and shape 'em.
Impressive, you did not ruin a thing. Love that doublet. Great matching stones for a complete set for jewelry, ring, earrings, necklace, pendant and maybe even a bracelet.
@@PulitzerOpal I knew you were just having fun with the title... I would not mind 4 of those matching slices to finish into matching ovals. Which arm and leg shall I send?
Don well done.
