Ingredients!
2 potatoes
1 chicken breast
3 tbsps oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cajun Seasoning
sun dried tomatoes
1 handful spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
Bake on 400 for 1 hour
Bake again for another 15 minutes

I made this the other night and it turned out amazing. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you!!
Looks great. Now try shrimp Alfredo baked potatoes. They are soooo good. Make the sauce the same way but add cream cheese and shrimp. Cook broccoli separately. Take some of the potatoes out add seafood seasoning, butter, a little alfredo sauce, mix, put back into the potato skin. Add broccoli to the top and then load with shrimp Alfredo, shredded cheese on top, and Voilà magnifico 😂😋. I take two baked potatoes and cut off the ends, push them together to make a large spud.

Made it for my son for late night meal this evening...(He is 19)... Ate the 3 potatoes, and a ceasar salad! This is bomb!!! the sauce is liquid gold!!! Roasted capres at the end gives a nice salty tast he said, dident leave me anything to sample! @@IslandVibeCooking
