Large Russet Potatoes
1 lb large shrimp
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2-3 stalks of celery
10 oz andouille sausage
3-4 tbsps butter
kosher salt
AP and Lemon Bae Seasoning
cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic paste
1-2 tbsp seasoned flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
diced chives - Zábava
OMG, we made this tonight. It was amazing. We can die happy now. 😉 We are full, full, full and we both didn't finish our potato. We have pretty good appetites. We could have easily done half of everything. Half of a potato each. You all need to make this! I think I'm going to make some elbow mac and add it to the left over sauce and use it as a side for another meal. We are sitting here belly up with our paws in the air like two happy dogs. 😁
I just found this channel yesterday and decided to try this recipe last night. I have a family of 6. Everyone loved it! My son actually texted me today while he was in school to ask me if I was making it again for dinner tonight! I told him to get back to class and stop daydreaming about this potato! LOL New family favorite 😉

Like what you did and definitely looks quite tasty, but 2 things I would recommend, #1, in Cajun culture, it is the "Holy Trinity" and #2, a true Cajun would increase the amount of the trinity by about 1/3 - 1/2 as they are not ashamed of having that extra texture bite.

You don't have to poke holes in your potato. I just rub olive oil and sea salt and pepper and bake them and they are very fluffy inside. I used to think you had to poke holes in them, but a chef on food Network said you didn't have to do that. I love your recipes.
