I could see myself adding some peppers and onions and garlic too, and adding a stir fry sauce. I would serve that over rice or cauliflower rice. Delicious 😋.

You can also use fresh, string beans if you don't have any broccoli. Also, you can soak all your fruits and vegetables in baking soda. I use that because my son is allergic to vinegar.

OK I’m back it is a beautiful Sunday afternoon April 14 I am in the kitchen meal prepping and this is one of the meals that I made and I must say it is absolutely delicious. And I mean that. It is so good so flavorful it’s going to be a staple around here. I’m meal prepping it or I should say I thought I was meal prepping it but my son he ate it and I eat the other half but I will definitely do this again I am off to making your chicken macaroni salad mix I will be back on that video to let you know how it goes I’m sure it’s going to be good

An update. Made this tonight with the spice ingredients I had on hand, and upped the veggies with julienned carrots, celery, red capsicum (bell pepper) and what we call broccolini. The flavours were delicious. Only one thing I’d change next time is to add more liquid to the mix as we felt it was on the dry side for us. Otherwise, a truly lovely meal.
