Hi Nick, we actually prefer using Lyft to Uber and we have never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes for one. LBV has been superb, we would definitely stay again. We have honestly loved it.

We set up our Uber and Lyft accounts in the UK and once we got through security we ordered it. It was there in 4 mins. Superb service.
