Hi Brian, when we we there you couldn’t make a reservation at all, you just had to turn up and queue!

Thanks for the video,we’re doing the same trip in a couple of week, just you just order the Uber when you were through customs? Did you wait long for it? I really don’t fancy the transfer. How are you finding lbv? Looks ideal for us but I’ve read some bad reviews.
Hi Nick, we actually prefer using Lyft to Uber and we have never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes for one. LBV has been superb, we would definitely stay again. We have honestly loved it.
We set up our Uber and Lyft accounts in the UK and once we got through security we ordered it. It was there in 4 mins. Superb service.
Thanks so much. Accounts are setup ready to use Uber and Lyft, I’ve been wondering if I should use one for airport transfers but this has made my mind up, thanks. Anything we need to know for lbv? We’ve been to Florida lots just not stayed here before.
