- An eventful return to Orlando. This travel vlog shows us travel from London Gatwick to Melbourne Orlando with TUI. There's drama before take off, before a smooth flight across the pond. We receive a welcome pack on arrival and take the transfer shuttle to our hotel The Rosen Inn International.

Oh it was so frustrating, I get them being upset about not sitting together but once other people had moved seats to help them and they continued to be disruptive I lost all sympathy for them 😬

Good start. We have not been back since Oct 19. Miss the place, was like a second home. Read somewhere about that family or saw it in another vlog, honestly some people. How disappointing for the kids.

Loved the vlog. Flying TUI to Melbourne in September and found this vlog very helpful. Only flown once before with TUI to Florida back in 2017, usually we fly Virgin. WOW, Drama flight. I was in two minds if to book our Florida trip with TUI after our horrendous travel day with them to Madeira in April (Vlog on our channel) and the worse travel home (vlog coming up). They just abandoned us at the airport after the flight was ..... anyway, loved the vlog and subscribed. Looking forward to see what you thought of Melbourne when you came home 👍

We just flew from Melbourne with TUI and had no issues, except for flight delays but that wasn’t TUI fault and they kept us informed at all times. The airport is lovely and small so you get out within the hour!
Makes me excited for 17th April next year to punta Cana in premium class flying from Manchester love the video amazing details inside and outside the plane it’s a very late birthday present to myself, ashame u was held up due to that family but at least u got there safely That’s what I think but I don’t know what u think but overall made me very excited about flying on the Dreamliner like I said great video loved it love the take off and the colours of the sky amazing

Can I ask if you booked your universal tickets with Tui when did you get your tickets did they give them to you on arrival at Melbourne or did tui send them to you I just can’t seem to find this information out online we are heading to Florida in August and haven’t been told by tui how we get our universal tickets thanks
Hiya, we got our tickets from Orlando Attraction tickets.co.uk. We always use them as they are usually the cheapest and customer service is great. They often do special offers. This trip we got free tickets to gatorland included. They send you gate ready tickets in the post before departure. Hope that helps x

I have watched dozens of these vlogs and all the TUI aircraft are very dirty, it’s the airlines fault, they should sort out the cleaning contractors
Interesting to hear that, I wonder if other airlines have similar problems. Not great, after the last few years the aircraft should be spotless. I'm just glad I took a little cleaning kit
Typical TUI flight incompetence,would not surprise me if they went bump
