How to make luxurious gari fortor| My Royal Gari Jollof recipe.

- This isn't any regular gari fortor oo. This is the kind dish you serve to special people. Real party dish that is going to steal the show. Try it!
Ingredients:
5 plum tomatoes
4 large shallots
5 cloves garlic
pepper to your taste
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 heaped teaspoon powdered shrimp
1 teasoon curry powder
colorful bell peppers (about 1/3 of each, sliced)
small bunch cilantro
a bunch scallions
3 celery stalks
3-4 cups gari
