Those are not prawns. Those are monsters...... 😝😋😋😋
Hi Sam, recently, I happened to discover your channel. l find it interesting and also I enjoy watching. After a few episodes subsequently, I subscribe to your Chanel. However, I am curious to know where is your Chanel from? thank you.
Good evening Sam, will it be v salty by doing this way ?
If you use fine salt or coarse salt it will be very salty. So you have to use rock salt ... then it's OK.
This prawns looks big
Oops looks really nice chicken I want to eat
Cool cool
Dear Chef Sam - is it true that once you use rock salt in the wok - you cannot use the wok for regular cooking again??
It depends what wok you're using. If you're using a cast iron wok, then you will have a big problem. If you're using a stainless steel wok or non-stick wok, there will be no problem.
Wow
uncle, can reuse the salt to baked more prawns? going to buy some prawns i want to try to cook this. looks so nice.
Yes, OK to re-use for 1-2 times.
Where to find these prawns please? Also where to find red feather chicken?
You can find these big giant prawns in Tekka market on weekends early early. Usually they will have it.
Chef is it necessary to remove the intestines from the prawn?
For this style of cooking, cannot remove it prior to cooking. If you remove it, the salt will seep inside the prawn and it will become too salty.
More recipes chef!!!
Yes preparing to launch a new cooking video every 3 days or so :)
What kind of prawns are those?
These are giant wild caught Jiu Jie prawns (九节虾)
where did you bought?🥰
Can I use smaller prawns?
Yes no problem. Smaller prawns work too. :)
best is to use Tiger Prawns... Dont use Grey prawns or Ang Kar prawns, the flesh on these prawns are not firm enough.
@@luckyhousecantoneseprivate3498 thank u!
Sam, what kind of salt do you use? Can buy from market?
It's rock salt... in 2-3kg bags. Available only in wet markets.
They sell at ShengSiong SuperMk under all the Salt section.
