Mr Richard Sng ensures top-quality ingredients, sourced daily for ultimate freshness. If the stall is closed on non-off days, it means the ingredients didn't meet his high standards. 🦐
The broth, slowly simmered for 4 hours, is a secret recipe that includes pork bones, ikan bilis, dried cuttlefish, prawns, and Chinese tea, giving it a naturally sweet taste. 🍲
