Thanks. Yes. There is a clear path to citizenship but dual citizenship is not allowed for now though this will change.

Could you expound more on the banking details? you say easy to open accounts? KYC rules to comply with? reporting rules? Multi currency? transfers limits? How practical is it to have accounts there?

Yes, more on this - looking for crypto offramp, Ukraine may fit the bill with lax KYC/reporting requirements, assuming they raise no concern with other European banks when wiring out of the country.

Hi. A lot of new build projects in Kyiv offer 20% down payment and then installments. If you bought with this type of financing, would you qualify for the $100k permanent residency option?

According to Russian law, yes. According to Ukrainian law, illegal.

indeed. these are the people doing this. Either looking toward Russia or in the western parts...looking toward polish residency given. And the business also...toward either Russian business opport or in western part looking to do EU business. Both of these will be booming very soon. I choose Odessa and Im not sure which way this city will move forward...but either way I will make money. I opened a bank account in georgia which allows all the ways of secret ukraine transfer wealth.

I don't think you understand, conscription is limited to citizens and while it is possible they may introduce it for residents, I doubt it will be the case as it will dry up foreign business extremely quickly. If a lot of these processes can be set up remotely or managed remotely through power of attorneys after being initially set up. There could be serious advantages for banking, investments, taxation etc. as Ladislaus made clear in the video.

You're being ironic clearly. Ukraine's last genuinely democratic government was ousted in a US coup in 2014. The Banderites that Victoria Nuland installed have waged a genocidal war against Ukraine's ethnic Russians for 8 years - a key reason why Russia launched its special military operation. Ukraine is corrupt, has no media freedom and has cancelled elections. The formerly ethnically Russian areas Russia recently annexed are never coming back.
