Great informative show for those of us who are in need of diversifying from the over inflated US market. But as an African myself, having the confidence to be a long term investor here might be an obstacle too large to overcome. But It should be worth it nevertheless.

are there any banks in any country in Africa that gives 10% annual interest on bank deposits?
You can find yes, but good luck getting your money out past capital controls

Chinese, Indians & Turks love Africa as they are so well schooled in corruption. US operators are much more wary given FCPA. They also want recourse to rule of law and courts which is an almost total vacuum in Africa.
