Man, this thing is a weapon. It's so sharp and precise, you can see how fast the turn in is between the outside view and Misha's inputs. And that intake resonance at 8500+ RPM... 🤤

The sound this thing makes between 8 - 9k RPM is just amazing! As much as I love the 911 GT Series, this thing is my favourite car of the Porsche line up atm
I don't know what +200 km/h feels like in a sports car, but the front-facing camera does it justice 0:21
Above 220 its going to feel wild, even on an empty Autobahn imo. Fastest I drove personally was 250 since my car is electronically capped at that speed and nearly 300 in an SLS AMG as an passenger ❤
Crazy fast, 264 km/h on the stretch at 9:52 and it looks like he catches a bit of air :)
@@ArcanumMortis98 Yeah, it gets floaty, seemingly out of control. Even though at the time I was only doing 210-ish.
Fastest I've gone is 280 in my own car, but when you're the passenger it feels like you're going 600 since you're not in control of the car.
@@ErulianADRaghath Was cruising to Berlin at 220kmh at that moment, apart from one woman on the right lane the Autobahn was completely empty, and while beeing 200-300m infront of me (on the right as I said) she pulled on my lane out of nowhere.. Gladly I have a KW V2 suspension in my car so I was able to pull to the right fast and overtake her relatively safe.. My heart felt like it stop'd for 5 mins
I really enjoyed this. Engine sounds like music after a while. Smooth and fast driving.
That one 5-6 shift sounded really wierd, but other then that the GT4RS is insane!!! That induction note is to die for, it's almost like it hits v-tec at 8200 and the pitch changes alot hahaha
What I think happened there (and Misha correct me if I'm wrong) is that Misha accidently pulled both paddles just before shifting up to 6th. If you pull both paddles it's like pressing the clutch so you can rev freely.
@@MadeoN Yeah seems like that, firstly I thought it was jump but no traction control light. So yeah mostly likely happend as you said.

@@MadeoN When you do that it shows nothing on the gear indicator, this stayed in gear... not sure what happened.

new cars with pdk need some adaptation (they do it themselves). may be that's the case.

Great video. Would love more Manthey Racing setup/alignment videos. A deep dive into the process of aligning a 911 GT3 and a 718 GT4 would be awesome to see.
Yesterday at the Porsche Meet in Dinslaken Germany a Blue GT4 RS stole the Show even on a GT2 RS. To me it's an absolute masterpiece of german engineering.

From the newer cars this Porsche GT4 RS is really from factory the best street legal sounding car. Amazing job from Porsche and also Manthey. A weapon around the track. Thanks Misha for showing us this GT4 RS :)

its funny because almost every car misha drives from other people, they dont know what their car is really capable of
I have a GT4 RS in my collection and it's awesome. My 992 GT3 (manual) is still my favorite but my 992 GT3 RS arrives later this month...so we'll see. I just don't think anything will be better than rowing through the gears with a manual. You can also see my 992 GT3 Cup car and my Macan S on my channel. Soon I'll be upgrading my Macan S to the Cayenne Turbo GT..fastest SUV on the Nürburgring!

Great video and really interesting that it came out of factory with a toe-(in the same direction)-situation. Regarding that, my father is looking into a 991.2 gt3 with 10 000-20 000 km and I am wondering if you recommend getting the alignment checked (and adjusted if needed) when it comes to buying a used one. I appreciate the technical side of the videos as well as the driving😊

That’s kinda crazy how bad the alignment was toe wise. I’m not sure what I enjoyed more, listening to this car for 7 mins (eargasmic) or watching that little rocket ship of a M2 for the last 2 or so. That thing was impressive. It was attacking them corners like they were nothing. Great video Misha.
