Honda Pioneer vs. Extreme Mud Hole

Near disaster in first segment of Day Trip into Mt. Magazine national forest. This area is well known to us but not to our friends traveling with us. There are a couple of scary moments when he nearly flips his pioneer in what we call the Daniel hole.

The talon is awesome. That pioneer would have cleared that hole with 4 wheel or 4 wheel locker. I have one and I know this.

Great Video.
I have heard that the throttle is a little jumpy with the Pioneer.
Have you heard the fix for that is "Throttle Max" ?
What do you think?

What suspension/tire size setup are on the pioneers?

I’ll have to check. I know we put a 3 inch lift on for this fella that’s driving the Pioneer in the mud hole, but I can’t recall the tire size.

Hows the I-4x4 work compared to the 4x4 lock?

I can only compare it to our 660 Grizzly, which is the only 4 wheel lock we’ve owned. But I can honestly say that the I-4X4 is more aggressive when the vehicle is trying to stick. We love it.

We own a 2020 Pioneer and a 2021 Talon, both limited editions and they are very impressive all around when it comes to pressing them in every off road scenario.

Thanks for your response. I bought a new honda pioneer special edition and haven't used it yet because we are in the winter months. My buddy had a regular honda pioneer 1000 with 4 wheel drive lock . Just wondering the pros and cons
