      Unfortunately there is a long list of must haves. Definitely buy a winch, if you get stuck she is pretty heavy. Tire upgrade is a must too. The machine will bottom out on everything. Roof is I nice improvement also.

      Thank you, the windshield is from super ATV. It was very easy for the install and I’m happy with the quality. So far it hasn’t scratched up yet even with all the mud, and the struts are very strong you can have the windshield in the open position ride hard and it never comes close to closing.

    • @offcamber3324
      @offcamber3324  Před 3 lety +3

      We did run new gas tank vent lines. Chris found out the hard way first. He had to drain the tank, and flush out his injector. The snorkel we bought came with vent lines for the tank, front and rear diff’s, and the radiator fan. SYA Warrior Riser Snorkel kit. Easy install.

  • @zacharyrichards2273
    @zacharyrichards2273 Před 3 lety

    I know you said you’re running 28’s in a previous comment...did you have to install a lift to clear the 28’s? Also are those the maxxis bighorn knock offs or actually the maxxis brand? The reason I’m asking I’ve seen in videos where the knock offs run a little smaller than the size printed on the tire.

    • @offcamber3324
      @offcamber3324  Před 3 lety +1

      You do not need a lift to run up too 28” for the Pioneer 700/700-4. We are both lifted though. Our machines just kept bottoming out on everything. Now we are happy with our ground clearance. Chris has a 2” lift with spacers, I have the 2 1/2” lift with high lifter. As for the tires we are both running the SUNF tires. They have really stood up to the abuse.

    Is it worth the money to get the 1000? Is the talon the upgraded model? Do these come with protection underneath? Cool vid. Thank you

    • @offcamber3324
      @offcamber3324  Před 2 lety +1

      Definitely would have spent the money on the 1000. The Talon is a sport UTV faster, and more geared for speed. The Talon will offer a much smoother ride as well. The Pioneers are a more utility vehicle (Dump bed) stiffer ride. But both are very capable in off road use.

    Just wondering if wished you would have got the 1000. I've been trying to decide for the last 1.5 years and I just can't make up my mind. I seen a lot of folks say they wish the spent the extra and got the 1000 because of the lack of power with the 700. The 700's seem to do very well for you guys in you videos. Thoughts??

    • @offcamber3324
      @offcamber3324  Před rokem +2

      Go 1000 hands down. Chris traded his 700 in and got a beautiful 1000-5. He is still speechless! Not even a hesitation, 1000 has more comfortable seats, better ride, roof line is lower and yet ground clearance is higher. And let’s not forget the power, and speed.

      For normal riding it wasn’t a big deal. There were a few times I wished I had it. I have since changed directions to a “belt burner” I was looking for a more comfortable ridding machine/seating position. The 700 is like driving a box truck threw the woods.
