Summary:
This study reports the results of a modified peroral endoscopic myotomy procedure to treat gastric sleeve stenosis in 13 patients. After amedian of 6 months, clinical success was achieved in 10 patients (77%) with significant improvement in the Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index score. This endoscopic approach could be a good option before considering surgical revision.
