Author commentary: Jen-Hao Yeh on "Prevalence and predictive factors of colorectal sessile serrated lesions in younger individuals"
The prevalences of sessile serrated lesions (SSLs) and clinically significant serrated polyps (CSSPs) were retrospectively studied in patients aged less than 50 versus equal or more than 50 years. In patients aged less than50 years (n = 4712 [47.8%]), significantly lower prevalences of adenomas (22.6% vs. 46.2%) and right-sided adenomas (11.2% vs. 27.2%) were detected, while the SSL and CSSP rates were similar (7.2% vs. 6.5%; 10.3% vs. 10.3%, respectively). Awareness that SSLs are not uncommon in younger individuals may increase SSL and CSSP detection.

Hi Matthieu Based on the study, would you recommend the screening for oesophageal SCC in all patients, who had ENT treatment for the cancer? Thanks
Dear Matthieu Excellent study, congratulations. The ESD perforations were 16.3%? Have the post-EMR cases been selected or unselected according to the probability of R0 resection and possible complications?

Hello Doctor, I have intestinal paralysis. I visited more than one doctor and did not find a solution. I lost a lot of weight. I always feel full and heavy and vomited every meal
Hello doctor, since the gallbladder was removed, I had a failure in the intestines. I always felt full, heavy, satiety and weight loss. I became very thin. I was 80 and now weighing 49. I visited more than one doctor and no one diagnosed my condition and no one believed me. Sometimes I do not eat for a week, I do not go hungry and feel heavy. I feel weak and head spinning and two men failed for a year and I am still suffering. Please find a solution for me. I think I am the only one in Morocco. This thing happened to me. I hope you understand and help me.
