    Ben is a bodybuilding training genius and a great human being who is genuinely trying to help people improve themselves.
    This is rare today. The internet is full of lots of perhaps well intended but sometimes misguided information.
    I am very fortunate that I was taught decades ago how to train correctly to effectively contract targeted muscles under load.
    Neverthless, despite my long training history, I keep learning new strategies from Ben. Thanks for all your great content.
