- Little highlight selection from my first CrossFit open Competition. Loved going hard on the workouts and a little bonus ending up 2nd in my category - after discussions with WheelWOD I competed in minor Neuro due to the spinal injuries. Huge thanks to chalk box Seavenoaks for the incredible support from staff and other members! couldn't have done it without you and other friends (& Morgan), pushing my to give it my all!
