I love the way you do business. You know your business model and you stick to it no more no less. For some customers I pick up the litter that blows in their front garden and put it in there bin for a bit extra. Only takes about 2 mins when it’s done with the window clean.
Henry Logman I would if the price was right. I’m still in my first year so survival is pretty much my business model. Whatever it takes until I’m in the position to turn down money.
It’s quite interesting watching this, you seem to have changed mind over the years to a more formulaic method of just bombing around doing outside windows on single storey properties.
I like to start each day with an inside appointment then do outside the rest of the day this way you have to be on time for the first one and then not pressed for time the rest of the day
Like the idea of insides because when they pay you have double the cash which is always good you could also only do them if they're in as a bonus or on really wet days just schedule insides all day I might start to offer this and see what I get nice one 😊
Good video. I'm a self employed window cleaner. I Didn't think, to ask about garages. Nice tip. Ta! ( window cleaners hate, inside, windows, because of the amount of clutter on people's window ledges - and maybe frightened of breakages?)
If you do gutters with ladder and used hands then this can be very lucrative business. Correct price + right technique = big profit + minimum investment
