This is not true, i have sent in proof & I would get it back some time in three to four weeks the same letters are the same, va,made mistakes on the cutting of my feet & cover it up.

@@MrScott1171 @Ralph Wade good luck with vso's. Find a vet that knows what they are doing, a lawyer that will speak with you (not a secretary or clerk) and STAY from these "consultants." Unregulated. If you do not keep one hand on your pants and the other on your wallet as one will be missing.
Great breakdown and insight as always. I got myself to 100^ schedular P&T (no VSO or assistance) and have been helping other veteran friends with their claims. This will help me explain/decipher these letters further. Thanks!
I'm thinking of doing the Higher Level Review lane on my own. I've had an attorney for 2yrs and been denied 2x in the Supplemental Claim lane. I got 60% on my own with an initial claim. Thanks for posting comment!! Good to hear a veteran got a higher rating on their own..
Fantastic video ladies! I have a claim that has 2 issues Michelle addressed in the video and I have a question. Issue #1 - I had a claim denied for claustrophobia on March 9, 2020 and a favorable finding that the C&P examiner found that I had claustrophobia. I appealed and on September 2, 2020, Issue #2 - VA stated that they made a Duty to Assist error. VA states a new decision is going to be issued. I thought after my informal phone call with the Senior Reviewer was great and and a decision was made 5 days afterwards, the September 2, 2020 decision. Is the Regional Office going to take forever issuing a follow-up decision?
I enjoy your explanation and breakdown of the va decision letter. However, in my case, I was granted PTSD and a remand for my diabetes and I received a letter back in December 2019 and I have not received any back pay yet. What is really going on?
This is great information and certainly eye opening. But when you say now you can go back and forth with this information there is nobody to go back and fourth with. Or how to do anything other than appealing the same claims and you are just starting the process all over again☹️
We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your VA claim. Please give us a call at (888) 559-1185 for a free case evaluation, we may be able to help!
I was approved for TDIU in July 2020, I didn’t find out that I was P&T until over a year later. The P&T box was not checked but in the decision letter it stated that my child may be eligible for DEA (Chapter 35). From everything I’ve heard and read, I’m P&T but I’m still skeptical.
I've exhausted the supplemental claim appeals. Can I do a Higher Review without an attorney?? Would it be advisable? I used an attorney for 2yrs now and haven't had any success. I have no more evidence to bring to the table and want to start the process as soon as possible. It seems straight forward, just submitting the form and being prepared for questions by the reviewer. Thanks
I currently filed and got alcohol dependent claim.. am awaiting the response from the va. My vso said to wait on the decision to be mailed and then I will know what to do next. I have tried to explain that I am having a hard time remaining not only sober but employed. What should I be doing to show the importance of the assistance I am asking for..

@@combatdouglas1306 I am a VSO with the VFW. Purple Heart Vets have a VSO as well as the American Legion and the DAV. There is NO hierarchy as to who gets what type of care or rating in the VA. We treat all Vets the same. You are the same if you were in combat or not. Even if you served state side and never stepped foot in a foreign country. Your statement makes no sense.
@@MrScott1171 That is not what I said. I was talking about %age win rates on va claims for the different orgs. PVA has a higher %age win rate than others. You understand now?

My decision letter tells about radiculopathy and osteoarthritis conditions , i am concerned VA may cut benefits later using CP Exam
Can you please cite the new binding on VA rule?
Have you guys won any High Level Reviews?? If so what is the success rate in that lane after numerous denials in Supplemental Claim lane?
What does favorable finding mean
Failure to assist...What happens next?
Good luck
when will I get the justice I deserve? why the continued delay... you got paid!!!

What is a narrative desecion
If you're denied a claim and more than one year has passed can you still appeal that claim
Generally speaking, you have one year from the date on the Notice of Action Letter to appeal the VA’s decision.
What if you can prove that it was a clear and mistake able error on the VA behalf
Do I have to be unemployed or not working to be represented?
No
