  • Houdini is the absolute industry standard for simulations and VFX. One of its many powerful systems is Fluid simulations, also known as FLIP simulations. As a beginner, understanding the various systems of Houdini and its various parameters can be daunting. This tutorial series will help you get started with fluid simulations in Houdini, and teach you to make your first FLIP milkshake simulation! Please write down any queries you have regarding the episode and I'll do my best to answer each.

    Hi dude. I’m doing a similar task, but I can’t understand or find the answer on how to make the particles stick to the glaze. Could you please post the second part or explain it in text?) I’ve been scratching my head over how to solve this problem.) Thanks in advance)

      Hey. After your POP source, add a 'collision behaviour' node. Under the 'response' option change it to 'stick'.
