Nitrates in nitrate-rich vegetables convert to nitric oxide in the lining of your blood vessels.

One issue I take is the recommendation by many CZcamsrs is to have expensive item’s regularly as: salmon, exotic fruit juices , some seeds and tropical veggies. Many people cannot afford things that cost more the filet mignon. Add to that the horrendous offerings in restaurants and … horrible diets! My Italian family ate simply and worked hard. Most lived into the 90s.

Also depends on where you're living. Extra Virgin Olive oil is likely to be cheaper in the countries that produce it, than the countries that need to import it. So, better to eat what's readily available locally.

Eating right is expensive. I use to buy pomegranate juice but can not afford to buy it anymore.

    • @dailyhealthpost

Pomegranate juice is relatively expensive in Canada as well. Combining powered Beets, garlic, and dark chocolate (75% or more) work just as well.
