You know those cheap hotels that say no smoking and half the rooms have been smoked in, but it's been cleaned out, but there's still that lingering tiny hint of it? Maybe you could work that in, that'd be funny.

This happening whole Joel is in Japan, thus both increasing the chances of permanently lost mail and delaying when we will finally see his reaction to several anonymous “love” letters (more like high school secret admirer noted shoved in a locker tbh) is one of the cruelest and funniest parts of that last segment

This season of hermitcraft is to realistic, sky high housing prices, super slow bureaucracy, permits that stops competition and drives up the prices of items 💀😂😅
one thing i didn't anticipate this season was iskall becoming a landlord
He's resolved himself to being a menace to society this season, so it's a perfect fit :P

Where I live they actually do that thing of selling apartments while they are still being build, sometimes you get an amazing deal but sometimes you get an apartment that will never get finish and can’t be sold until a new building company buys the entire complex 😅… wich can never happen also if a lot of apartments have being sold and is not a good business for anyone anymore

btw we have builds of sodium on CaffeineMC's discord server that have a functioning implementation of translucency sorting. This solves the issues where you can wrongly see the ocean through the glass and there's all sorts of weird lines. Sodium 0.6 is also releasing with this and other features included soon.

when the build is finished, the best twist would be to present to Beef that the flat he bought was the 2x3x1 space where the cat is sitting (the window ledge basically, with the air conditioner :p). Because in the agreement you had, he didn’t ask what surface size the unit was and you never mentioned the unit was included in the interior of the building.
See his reaction and then remove the black concrete to reveal the actual interior of his new flat

if you never finish the apartment building you technically haven't sold anything since you only have received diamonds without giving amything in return thus not having completed a transaction so no need for the permit office.
