    In this video I share the specifications for the new 2021 CSC RE3 SG400 Cafe Racer Motorcycle and my thoughts on the bike while riding my 2019 CSC SG250. Comparison of the two bikes is also shown in this motovlog. The SG400 is a major upgrade to the SG250 but comes at about double the cost. I still want the SG400 in my collection one day! Leave any questions in the comments below.

    So your title makes it seem like you're going to review the sg400, but you're not riding one? How about you ride the bike that you are reviewing. Your video just talks about bikes that you've owed or bikes that you wish you owned.

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před rokem

      Well I do a spec comparison of both bikes in the video. I wish I had unlimited monies and garage space to buy all the bikes.

    Lovely vlog. When I used to ride, I go for 40 to 50 mph max. Congrats for 1k sub. 😁

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety

      Thank you! Yea I usually stay around 40-65mph but once in a while the need for speed takes over and I have to go full throttle 😂

    Great looking bike. But the SG400 performance numbers don't justify purchasing.

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety

      Yea I'm interested to see some performance reviews. In my opinion the price is a little too high.

    any solutions for the rearview mirrors? any upgrades? I'm taking the msf course soon and I'm planning on buying this bike.

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety

      I am sure there are aftermarket options for mirrors. I don't have the SG400 bike so not sure what would work. There are many SG400 owner groups on Facebook and forums you could join and ask. Good luck on the msf course!

    I like the SG400, however the sitting position did not appeal to me. It looks like a slight lean forward, and I know the seating position on the RX4 is more upright, which I like.

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety +1

      Yea the seating position on the SG250 is also slightly leaning forward and foot controls right underneath so it gets uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. The RX4 is definitely upright. I am too short for adventure bikes though 😂

    Initially, i thought the 270k pesos (php) for rusi cyclone 400 was too expensive. But after seeing it in actual this morning (8july2022), i think its worth the price. Cyclone is a premium built motorcycle in every detail....👍👍👍👍

    Is the engine still relax at 80mph? For a long period of time?

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před rokem +2

      I think at 80mph the engine may be near it's high end and some vibration but not too much because the top speed is rated as 96mph.

  • @asianconservativelawyer1531

    I would love to get the sg400, but it’s not worth it, for 5k, you can get a new Honda rebel, lifan for 2k less, or a decently used name brand motorcycle like a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan s

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety +1

      I agree, the sg400 is relatively pricey. I have a 2017 Vulcan S which I bought for 6k and has way more power than the sg400. I would only get the sg400 if I had money to blow lol

    How would you do maintenance or repairs on these bike? Are these 'DIY Maintenance' motorcycles? I haven't seen any CSC shops in Florida.

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety

      Yes very DIY for maintenance. CSC provides manuals that show pictures on step by step for everything and their customer service is excellent, they will help you with any problems. They also have videos on their youtube channel and website on how to do some of it. The SG250 comes with a center stand so very easy to access everything. I did oil change and chain cleaning/lube myself, very easy.

    I was looking at one but they have no aftermarket part support

    • @Kamdorian
      @Kamdorian  Před 2 lety

      Yea it's a brand new bike for US market. There is a similar one in Asia market called Zongshen Cyclone RE3 400. There might be aftermarket parts for it that should work for the CSC SG400, they both look almost identical. Plus you can ask CSC what the aftermarket plan is because they came out with a lot of aftermarket parts for the SG250 a few years after the first model year released.

      @@Kamdorian I highly agree with you, on the account i live in California two hours south of the CSC dealership i would prefer if they were more locally acquired parts but yes, your very much so correct that i could get aftermarket support from the overseas market
