I have one of the cheaper thinlines... And I love it. Everybody loves it in fact. Sounds great plugged in or mic'd up. I have some heavier strings on it, I think to psychosomatically make up for the thinness, but I honestly don't think I ever want to go back. It's just so much more enjoyable to play

The preamp needs an accessible sliding volume control so professionals can easily bump it up a notch when playing lead over the band, loop or duet partner. I told Maton this years ago. Thats why I love my NP15c.
